1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing sklscarpt-marketing.com or engaging the commercial services of SKLSCARPT MARKETING LLC, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, please discontinue use of this website immediately.

3. Scope of Agency Services

We provide performance advertising management, strategic content creation, precision media buying, growth analytics, and transparent reporting. Specific deliverables, target channels, and monthly retainer fees are defined in each client's written Statement of Work (SOW).

4. Client Responsibilities & Ad Spend

Clients agree to provide accurate business information, timely creative approvals, and necessary platform permissions. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, all media spend is billed directly to the client's own payment method inside their respective Meta, Google, or TikTok ad accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of applicable retainer fees, custom ad creatives and copy produced specifically for a client's account become the client's property. SKLSCARPT MARKETING LLC retains exclusive ownership of its proprietary frameworks, internal scripts, dashboard templates, and website content.

6. No Guarantee of Specific Financial Outcomes

While SKLSCARPT MARKETING LLC applies rigorous testing and analytics to maximize return on ad spend, digital advertising auctions and market conditions fluctuate outside our control. We do not guarantee specific revenue figures, lead volumes, or ROAS multiples. All services and educational materials are provided without warranty of guaranteed financial return.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKLSCARPT MARKETING LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or platform-related damages (including ad account restrictions imposed by third-party networks). Our total aggregate liability under any agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client to us during the preceding thirty (30) days.
