Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Commercial Service Nature
SKLSCARPT MARKETING LLC delivers custom digital marketing, media buying, content engineering, and analytics consulting services. Because labor, strategic allocation, and technical setup begin immediately upon onboarding, our billing and refund terms are structured transparently below.
2. Retainers, Setup Fees & Media Spend
- Onboarding & Setup Fees: Initial audit, tracking architecture, and campaign setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding access has been initiated or strategic documentation has been delivered.
- Monthly Agency Retainers: Retainer payments cover dedicated specialist allocation for the active billing cycle. Fees for completed or in-progress billing periods are non-refundable.
- Third-Party Ad Spend: Media budgets paid directly to advertising networks (such as Meta, Google, or TikTok) are governed solely by those platforms' billing terms and cannot be refunded by SKLSCARPT MARKETING LLC.
3. Month-to-Month Cancellation Procedure
Unless otherwise stated in your Statement of Work, all ongoing retainers operate on a flexible month-to-month basis. You may cancel renewal of your retainer at any time by sending written notice to info@sklscarpt-marketing.com at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to your next scheduled billing date. Notices received fewer than 14 days before renewal will take effect at the conclusion of the following billing cycle.
4. Digital Deliverables
Once custom copy, creative assets, pixel configurations, or analytics dashboards have been delivered or deployed into your accounts, associated project fees are final and non-refundable.

We are committed to long-term corporate trust. If you have any concern regarding an invoice or deliverable milestone, please contact our billing department immediately so we can review and resolve the matter promptly:
