2. Onboarding & Kickoff Timeline
Within 1 to 2 business days of agreement execution and initial retainer clearance, clients receive an official onboarding packet via email. This packet outlines required platform permissions (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify/CRM access) and schedules the kickoff strategy call. Fulfillment timelines formally begin once required technical access is granted.
3. Channels of Delivery
- Campaign Execution: Paid search and social campaigns, audience structures, and bid rules are built and managed directly inside the client's authorized ad accounts.
- Content & Creative Assets: Landing page copy, ad scripts, and visual creatives are delivered via shared cloud workspaces and uploaded directly into the campaign manager upon client approval.
- Analytics & Reporting: Live attribution dashboards are shared via secure web links, supplemented by written weekly and monthly executive summaries sent to your registered email.
4. Ongoing Retainer Cadence
For active monthly retainers, media buying optimization and pacing occur continuously every business day, with formal creative testing sprints and transparent reporting delivered on the schedule defined in your Statement of Work.
